Disclaimer for return

Reference text - Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are hand block printed by traditional artisans using natural dyes, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Most of the processes are manual; hence the irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and not counted as a defect.

  • To be added - We do not offer Refunds and we accept Returns against Exchange or Store credit valid for 12 months.
  • Reference text. The product bought will only be accepted for exchange if informed within 3 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks. The team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of an Order before being shipped
  • Cases where: any cancellation after dispatch can be chargeable
    • Customer refused to collect the delivery
    • Customer wasn't available during stipulated delivery attempts made by our logistics partner
    • The delivery address was wrong/unreachable
