Yes. Khadi products are crafted using natural fibres, eco-friendly dyes, and minimal chemicals. Many of our wellness and fabric items are suitable even for sensitive skin and are crafted with care for both people and the planet.However, we recommend consulting with your physician prior to use.

Most Khadi garments can be gently hand-washed or machine-washed using mild detergent. Product-specific care instructions are shared on each item page. For handcrafted items, we recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight and moisture to retain quality.

All consumables on our platform are sourced from trusted, government-recognized Village Industries and cooperatives. They adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality norms.

 We offer hassle-free returns for eligible items. Simply write to us at support@khadiindia.gov.in with your order details. Once approved, you can ship the item back, and we’ll process your refund (minus one-way shipping). Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
